I just finished closing on my new house! I can move in starting Monday - the seller is having a huge yard sale and should have the place cleared out by Monday afternoon at the latest. Guess this means I really have to pack all my crap and move it. Fortunately, I'm keeping the house I have been in and renting it out by the room, so I won't have to really rush to get out of here.

New tub and tile at 'old' house

Both my new roommates are out of town so it's a good time to trash the place and re-do things.

I'm getting the bathroom in my 'old' house re-done right now. I had previously ordered the tub and both my roommates are currently out of town, so the time was right to jump on it. The dude's about 2/3 of the way done with it right now, and I should be able to use it again on Wednesday or so... I just added some pictures here.

Should also be able to close on my refinance by then, and the 'new' house got fumigated this weekend for termites and everything should be cool there.
